I finally put down the coding a bit, to work on the heroes and monster base animations. I have to do this before starting to implement the rune cast features to see if the overall look of the game will go well with some animated spells effects on screen. The game is played turn by turn, so the animations clips don’t chain directly with the other ones.

The first attack is not looking good in game, because of its preparation frames giving a laggy sensation on the player’s input. The 2nd have more impact.
